Procurement will, by working closely with all internal departments and divisions to assist in identifying their operating needs using the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct, diligently investing credit union funds in the purchase of materials, services, and capital equipment to achieve corporate objectives.

Procurement Objectives

• To support credit union operations with an uninterrupted flow of material and services.
• To buy competitively and wisely.
• To develop reliable, alternate sources of supply.
• To develop excellent, continuing supplier relationships.
• To achieve maximum integration with all other branches, divisions, and departments for the most effective procurement of needed items.
• To train and develop highly competent personnel who are highly motivated to make the credit union, as well as the branch succeed.
• To make a profit contribution to the credit union through cost savings, quantity price savings, and cost avoidance.
