Western Union Money Order/Quick Cash Service

1. These electronic transfers must be made from your savings account. The money can be sent to an individual payee, not a business or corporation, to over 225,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 190 countries and territories around the world that offer counter service.
2. Generally takes 3-5 hours for funds to reach destination.
3. Maximum dollar amount per transaction is $10,000.
4. There is no option to be notified when funds are available for pick-up at the receiving Western Union location.

   • call Navy Federal at 1-888-842-NFCU (6328), international numbers.
   • visit a local branch
   • or fax your request to 703-255-7739
6. For added security, requests over $500 to someone other than you or the joint owner on your Navy Federal account must be submitted in writing at either a branch or by fax to 703-255-7739. Faxed requests require current contact information. Verbal confirmation may be necessary for all written or faxed requests, regardless of the payee, before completing the request.
